Update on Wayne Otto Seminar (Venue Change)…

BlueWaves annual seminar with Wayne Otto (OBE - 9 Times World Karate Champion) is just around the corner.

The venue has changed to: ‘The Abbeycroft Sports Centre: Bury St Edmunds’.

Date & Time: Sunday 5th October, 1:00pm - 3:00pm.

Cost: £20

This is a great opportunity to learn from and train with one of the all time greats of Karate.

We would recommend training with Wayne regardless of your discipline.

Whether you are a Kickboxer, karate competitor, mma fighter or any other discipline, you will take something away from this experince.

Wayne is an excellant coach and the skills that he teaches can be applied to all styles of fighting.
