BlueWave Summer Course 2009…
The ‘BlueWave Summer Course 2009′ is nearly here!
The 4th annual summer course will be held at Mendlesham Primary School on the weekend of 25th/26th July.
This is a good chance to train with Instructors from many different disciplines and develop your skills as well as meet new people from all the BlueWave affiliate clubs. You will be able to try: advanced kicking, pad work, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu & Submission Grappling, weapons training (sticks and nunchuku), self defence, kata, sweeps, takedowns and much more.

The format for the weekend is as follows:
Friday night BEFORE 9.00 pm /Saturday BEFORE 8.30 am Arrival and pitch tents.
Saturday 10.00 am Line up and warm up
10.30 -12.30 Mixed training.
12.30- 2.00pm Lunch
2.00pm – 4.00pm Mixed training
5.30pm Barbeque and Disco
Sunday 8.00am Breakfast
9.00 am Tai chi
10.00 am Line up and warm up
10.30-12.30 Mixed training
12.30-2.00 pm Lunch
2.00pm – 4.00 pm Mixed training
4.15 pm Line up
4.30pm Course end
Instructors are CRB checked and 1st Aid Qualified. There will be security (1st aid and CRB checked) at night. The school kitchen and Barbeque will be run by the qualified school chef and the emphasis will be on healthy eating.
The cost of the course is £60.00 per student and £35.00 for every additional student of the same family. Therefore three children in a family would pay a total of £100.00. A brother and sister £95.00. This includes Training, Grading, Meals, Disco and Barbeque. Parents accompanying children pay £15.00 each. Places on the course are limited to 120 people only so book now to reserve your place.
We must know in advance if you wish to come in order to organise the catering so all places must be reserved by July 21st.
