THE ESSEX BJJ OPEN - Sunday 3rd May 2009 - Goresbrook Leisure Centre
It is essential that we attend this tournament in good numbers and that we all register as Carlson Gracie Team. When you register you should registers as Carlson Gracie. It is Imperative that you register for this tournament as soon as possible. This hand out is also being emailed out to everyone. It is important that we are at this tournament in force and winning as part of our new team and representing our new Instructors. Please do not wait to register otherwise we will miss out. Please let Windy know as soon as possible if you are going
Competitor numbers are limited to 350 and registration will be undertaken on a first come, first served basis. Registration closes at midnight on Thursday, 30 April.

Ryan Beauregard Seminar…
On Sunday 17th January, BlueWave Bury St Edmunds welcomed 2008 Brown Belt World Champion: Ryan Beauregard from Demetrius Ramos’ Tuscon BJJ Academy.
 We would like to thank Ryan for an excellent seminar and look forward to seeing him again.

Seminar Announcement - Royce Gracie Returns…
We are very pleased to confirm that Royce Gracie will be returning to Blue Wave for another Seminar in early 2009.
Royce previously visited Blue Wave last October and we look forward to another enjoyable and educational evening.
The winner of UFC 1, 2 & 4, Royce is a legend in the world of Mixed Martial Arts & Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
