We were all saddened to learn of the passing of Helio Gracie on January 29th, 2009.  He was 95 years old.

Helio was the founder of Gracie Jiu-Jitsu and a profound inspiration to all grapplers and MMA practitioners.

Our thoughts are with the Gracie family.
