Judo

Blue Wave is proud to announce the introduction of Judo to the Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu training regime.

Our coach is Danny Kingston: 5th Dan, former European Champion and Olympian (see instructors section of the website).

Judo will be part of the Sunday BJJ training sessions at Bury St Edmunds from 2pm – 4.30 pm.

We are also proud to announce that Blue Wave Martial Arts is now affiliated to the British Judo Association.

Training on Sundays will be a combination of stand up judo followed by BJJ ground work.
