Lauren is trained in Vinyasa and Hatha Yoga, and is currently extending her practice into the teachings of Yin and Ashtanga.
Lauren’s classes are a blend of traditional and modern styles of vinyasa as it allows for making modifications on the mat to keep sequences interesting and suitable for our lifestyles in the west.
Our aim is to build strength in mind and body to support our members mentally and physically during practice and everyday life.
Lauren believes in finding mental and physical release in order to maintain balance in busy modern lives.
